- 01actionable? — working, done and idle never open the pill
- 02told you yet? — one ping per session, not one per event
- 03looking at it? — focused window gets silence
- 04too soon? — each ping doubles the quiet period, to 15 min
- 05batch it? — simultaneous prompts become one notice

Run Install Vigil.bat
Copies to ~/.vigil, connects Claude Code, starts it. SmartScreen will warn: More info → Run anyway.

Restart Claude Code
Hooks load at session start, so open a fresh window.
